Megan Fox Post-Pregnancy Diet Plan
Megan Fox has not been working out since having her baby boy Noah, but yet she has been able to get her body back. She said that after she has Noah, it’s not easy to work out, besides she wouldn’t recommend it.
In the other hand, without working out, she did have to do something in her diet. Megan said that she is not eating dairy. She admit that it was really hard on her hormones and it is not good.
She only gained 23 pounds when she was pregnant, and she still 10 pounds heavier, but she doesn’t want to kill herself trying to get back into shape because it’s not a priority right now. She just want to be home with her new baby Noah.
During her pregnancy, Megan has been working out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak to stay fit. She says that she is not a big fan of a gym. But, still takes the help of a trainer to keep her body weight in track. The personal trainer help her to do a time compressed body-weight routine. This is a very similar routine that many of the stars are doing, because it is geared toward the slim and sexy look, as opposed to the typical bodybuilder look, which is bulky and less attractive.
She practices a mixture of pilates, cardio, spinning classes into her workout sessions. She performs a circuit training 3 times a week and 60 minutes each, which is considered the best exercise as this targets your whole body, focussing on almost every muscle group. She does cardio-vascular exercises like running, cycling or dancing.
She really educated herself big time and had a great relationship with her physician so she really understood the safe boundaries of how to exercise and eat well during pregnancy. She is careful about her daily meals and really focuses on eating a healthy breakfast so she has lots of energy and doesn’t overeat later on in the day.
Megan Fox diet plan is called a 5 Factor Diet. In this diet she can eat 5 small meals a day. Also, there is a day where she can eat whatever she wants. This is called a cheat day.
She avoids processed foods like potato chips, white bread, crackers and whole grain foods. She also consumes fruits and vegetables as a source of carbohydrates. Never misses breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day. For the antioxidant she eats almonds. Almond is a healthy snack contains protein and fiber that keeps you full. Megan also intakes small amount of apple cider vinegar by putting it on the salads.
